around work and family issues; planning tips to help make your
Day a success; sample days that will give you more ideas for
activities to consider; an coordinator's checklist and safety tips,
which covers things to take into account when planning; a registration form to be completed by the parent or mentor and provided to the workplace coordinator;
and an excused absence form for participating employees to complete
and present to the school of their daughter, son, relative, or
mentee.Do not send these forms to the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation. These forms are provied for the convenience of the workplace coordinator.
