The Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work program created an activity guide, Connections, which continues to connect what girls and boys learn in school to the actual working world. Connections contains two main activities in five subject areas: math, science, social studies, language arts, and art. All 10 activities, including the optional extension ideas, relate to the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work program messages around work, family, and community. Connections has been designed to meet national education standards, which educators across the country can adapt to meet specific state requirements. The activities and extensions can be utilized by both workplaces and classrooms.
